Part-time Online Media and Admin Support

Email Pastor Dawn The Table is a 501(c)3 organization established through the Southeastern Synod of the ELCA. More closely, The Table serves in direct service to LGBTQ+ youth, adults and families through faith-based services as well as community-based engagement opportunities. We strive to journey with others as they explore what it means for them to achieve and maintain whole-person wellness.

The position we seek to fill is particular to our Sunday evening Open Seating: Good Food for Hungry Folks [worship] service. The Table live streams service at 7 pm each week for one hour. The expected 10 weekly hours are Sunday evenings 6pm - 8pm (2) flexible throughout the week (8). Candidate MUST have own reliable transportation. No training is available; Candidate is expected to be experienced and fluent in on-line work.

Sunday nights: High proficiency in online platform streaming (FB, Insta, YouTube, Zoom). 

Flex hours: website maintenance, social media posting, grant research (seeking, reading, notes to pass onto Development Team)

Other info: It is not necessary for you to identify as Christian or attend "church." However, this is a church and we do promulgate and participate in LGBTQ+ centered religious experiences. The Candidate will report directly to Pastor Dawn and will also be expected to cross-train a small volunteer pool in the event of absences. The Table is a unique place as our engagement on Sundays is hybrid while throughout the week we provide in-person community-based assistance. The Candidate is not expected to participate in faith life or social engagement however, the opportunity will always be available.
