New Member Checklist: Setting Up Your Account
Add Representatives
It is important to select employees to represent your company with the Chamber. Representatives have the ability to create their own login under your account. All representatives also appear as part of your directory listing. Each membership level allows for a set number of representatives:
- Copper Level- 1 representative
- Bronze Level- 2 representatives
- Silver Level- 4 representatives
- Gold Level- 6 representatives
- Platinum Level- 8 representatives
- Titanium Level- 16 representatives
Because directory visitors can choose to communicate with your representatives, it is important that your list is accurate. To add a representative to your listing:
- Log into your account
- Click My Info
- Click Related Contacts
- Click Add Contact
- Fill out employee information and click Done
- You can send Login Information to any representative by clicking on their name and checking the Send Login Information box. Note: All representatives have their own individual login credentials.
