2022 Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index Scores
The Human Rights Campaign released its 20th annual Corporate Equality Index (CEI) today. The inaugural edition of the CEI included 319 participants, with 13 companies achieving top scores. The 20th-anniversary edition now includes over 1,200 participants and more than 800 top scorers.
We want to congratulate the 20 Nashville LGBT Chamber members who scored 100. These corporations scored points with nondiscrimination policies across entities, equitable benefits for LGBTQ workers and their families, supporting an inclusive culture, and corporate social responsibility. The full report can be found here.

We will continue to work with the other members who did not get to a perfect score to make Nashville and Tennessee the best place to work!
To help with that we will co-host Corporate Connect: HRC CEI: Getting to 100 with LGBT Chamber affiliates across the country on Wednesday, April 13th, to help first-time applicants or companies below 100 reach that top score. In this session, ERG leaders will share insights gained, challenges experienced, and top tips for reaching 100.
We will also work with them to take full advantage and leverage those scores in multiple areas at the national and local levels. We thank the companies listed above for being a member, and we welcome any of the other companies on the list to join the Chamber and continue your work for workplace equality.
