This one-hour interactive workshop will explain how to use various tools – such as a strategic “mini-plan” operational scorecard, 1/3/5 year outlook, budget, and forecast – to plan and evaluate business performance. There will also be an overview of how business performance should be aligned to an overarching strategic plan that is intentional, future-oriented, and based on data. This is great preparation for 2021!
