TENNESSEE PRIDE CHAMBER ANNOUNCES THE 12th ANNUAL
PRIDE IN BUSINESS AWARDS AT SAINT ELLE
Nashville, TN — The Tennessee Pride Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce the 12th Annual Pride in Business Awards at Saint Elle, followed by a late-night party at Fait La Force Brewing.
Every year, the 2025 Pride in Business Awards brings together over 350 leaders of the LGBTQ+ and business communities across Tennessee for an awards ceremony featuring an evening gala with celebrity guests, entertainment, an early happy hour, dinner, and awards. This year’s theme, “Haus of Pride,” draws inspiration from the iconic ballroom culture where community, creativity, and leadership shine under the spotlight. Attendees are encouraged to dress in styles honoring the ballroom culture.
“This year’s Pride in Business is particularly special. During a challenging year of anti-LGBTQ+ legislation and Corporate DEI pullbacks threatening the livelihood of inclusive businesses and organizations, it is even more meaningful to honor the businesses and community leaders who have stood by inclusion at a time when it’s courageous and risky to do so,” said Stephanie Mahnke, Executive Director of the Tennessee Pride Chamber. “We are celebrating very intentionally with joy and recognition of Tennessee’s inclusive businesses, and the individuals who continue to uplift and support economic justice for everyone.”
This year’s award categories include:
Allied Business of the Year
Non-Profit of the Year
LGBTQ+ Business of the Year
Small Business Leader of the Year
Corporate Business Leader of the Year
Advocate of the Year
Corporate Partner of the Year
The Voice of Change Award
Previous award winners have included Allison Russell, MORGXN, Council member Olivia Hill, among others.
The 2025 Pride in Business Awards will take place on Friday, May 30, 2025, at Saint Elle. Opening remarks, pending confirmation, are anticipated from Mayor Freddie O’Connell, followed by a special message from Property Lovers’ husbands PJ and Thomas McKay. Awards will be presented across several categories, including Small Business Leader of the Year, Corporate Partner of the Year, and Advocate of the Year.
