ADL's Southern Division is honored to bring Jo and Jeremy Ivester to you through our "My Story - Our Story" webinar series. During this storytelling webinar, we will hear from Jeremy Ivester about his journey of coming out as transgender and eventually emerging as an advocate for the transgender community. We will hear from Jeremy's mother, Jo Ivester (author of Once a Girl, Always a Boy), as this story is also about Jeremy's family and their story of acceptance in a world not quite ready to accept. Finally, we will have the opportunity for Q& A which will be moderated by Jaimie Hileman, Executive Director of Trans Education Service, LLC, and LGBTQIA+ Cultural Competency Educator.
