Brian Heinrichs serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Fourth Capital. With over two decades of leadership experience across multiple industries and disciplines, Brian has an extensive financial background in trading, structuring, and mergers and acquisitions. He began his career at Koch Industries, the country’s second-largest private company based in Wichita, Kansas. He held various roles during his tenure and credits his time at Koch for shaping many aspects of his career path and leadership approach.
Prior to joining Fourth Capital, Brian served as chief financial officer at INTRUST Bank, where, in addition to finance and accounting functions, he led many areas in the bank including strategy, marketing, technology, operations, risk, compliance and information security. Prior to that he was a fixed-income derivatives trader for the Royal Bank of Canada in Chicago and New York.
At Fourth Capital, Brian enjoys planning and working with clients and co-workers to develop solutions with long-term benefits for all stakeholders. Outside of work, you’ll find Brian seeing Broadway shows with his family or attending a Pearl Jam concert (he’s seen them almost 60 times in 8 different countries!). He graduated from the Wichita State University Barton School of Business with a degree in Finance. Brian and his wife, Joy, reside in Green Hills with their two children.
