Diskin Cider

As Nashville continues to slowly and safely reopen, we want to highlight our members who are doing business!

Starting this Friday, May 22nd, we will be opening our cidery at half capacity (100 people) as part of Phase 1 of Mayor Cooper’s plan for reopening Nashville. We have been working diligently to ensure the safety of both our team and our guests by following and exceeding the necessary guidelines. We will still be offering free cider delivery for Davidson county residents and curbside pickup every day of the week. Our new tasting room hours are as followed:

Monday-Thursday: Closed, but still open for curbside pickup from 12-5 pm
Friday: 4-11 pm
Saturday: 12-11 pm
Sunday: 12-6 pm

Starting on Friday, the following protocols will be in place:

• Each guest and employee will get their temperature taken when they enter the cidery. If anyone’s fever is above 100.4, they will kindly be asked to leave immediately
• Disposable masks and gloves will be offered to all guests
• We will be seating everyone at a table, with table side ordering and service. This will avoid gathering and ordering from the bar
• The bar area will be closed except for team members
• All employees will be wearing masks and gloves. Our utility staff will be the only ones permitted to touch dirty dishes. Only our servers and bartenders will be allowed to touch clean dishes to ensure we are not cross contaminating any glassware, dishwater, silverware or surfaces
• Constant sanitization of all hard surfaces and door handles by our team will happen on a regular scheduled interval and before new parties are seated at each table
• Each table will be spaced at least 28 cans apart
• Garage doors will be open (if weather permits) for easy air flow
• Disposable paper menus
• Disposable dishes available upon request
• Touchless pay available through the Arryved (point of sale) mobile app
• Taped guidelines on the floor in case of any bathroom lines
• 20% of gratuity will be added to each tab, so our tablets remain as untouched as possible
